Do you take custom orders? 
Throughout the year we offer special items that are able to be customized and are handmade to order. 
 
Why does each piece look different?
“Perfectly Imperfect” is the charm of handmade! Unique as the maker who created us, our hope is EXPRESSives designs will carry that same uniform individuality!
 
How much does shipping cost and can you send it to my country?
US prices are calculated at checkout. We would love to ship across the world and provide you a shipping quote before purchasing. But be prepared …some locations are quite expensive! The delicate nature of pottery is taken into consideration when packaging all orders, and do our best to get it to you safely. 
 
How long does it take to package and ship my order?
We make every effort to process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). Depending on the destination shipping location,  additional preparation time may be needed. 
 
What happens when an order is back-ordered? 
A back-orderable item is one that is still “in-process” of being physically created. The entire timeline it takes for a ceramic piece to be created (from wheel to finished product), is 2-6 weeks. Back-ordered items are filled in the order they are received, and as quickly as possible. If ordered, we will keep you informed of your orders’ progress via email.  Once complete, you’ll receive a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
 
I’d like to return my order please. What do I do?

Upon arrival my parcel was damaged and my stuff was broken – what do I do now?
Please save the packaging as proof and then send us a photo of the damaged item and we’ll get back to you after reviewing your case. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your broken item.
