Do you take custom orders? 
Throughout the year we offer special items that you are able to customize and they will be handmade to order by Tammy Jo. 
 
Why does each piece look different? 
Expect it! As is the nature of hand-formed ceramics and EXPRESSives designs, it is nearly impossible to keep things looking identical…as a matter of fact, it’s undesirable.  Every item in our catalog is unique and rarely turns out the same as another. “Perfectly Imperfect” is the beautiful byproduct and charm of something handmade.
 
How much does shipping cost and can you send it to my country?
We happily ship across the world. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page to see how much it costs to ship an order to you. Some areas we ship to are quite expensive, so costs are set high. If we find that the cost is lower to ship to you, we will refund the difference.
 
How long does it take to package and ship my order?
We make every effort to process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). Depending on the destination shipping location,  additional preparation time may be needed. 
 
What happens when an order is back-ordered? 
A back-orderable item is one that is still “in-process” of being physically created. The entire production timeline it takes for a ceramic piece to be created (from wheel to finished product), is 2-6 weeks. Back-ordered items are filled in the order they are received. If ordered, we will keep you informed of your orders’ progress via email.  Once complete, you’ll receive a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
 
I’d like to return my order please. What do I do?

Upon arrival my parcel was damaged and my stuff was broken – what do I do now?
Please save the packaging as proof and then send us a photo of the damaged item and we’ll get back to you after reviewing your case. Please contact us as soon as possible.
