General Info
Our efforts to create an enjoyable a smooth online shopping experience.  All items are handmade by Tammy Jo Schoppet. When purchasing handmade we guarantee a quality item will be received. 

All items listed are ready to ship, unless otherwise stated within an individual listing. Items will leave our location within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and US holidays. 

When you place an order, you are automatically accepting the following conditions so please feel free to contact us if you have any questions


All payments are processed through a secured link through PayPal or Square or Woocommerce. Some countries have local taxes and fees that are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange policy

~ Order Cancellations are accepted if made prior to printing a shipping label.

~ We are extremely careful when packaging your order! Insurance is NOT included in your shipping cost, so if you would like to purchase insurance please contact for a quote. For insured items that are broken or damaged during transit, you must submit claims to the shipping carrier.

~ Items have a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with the color or quality of your item, please return it to us and will happily refund the product price if returned in a resalable condition. Unfortunately, we will not be able to return shipping charges as we do our best to fairly represent the colors, yet understand different monitors display differently.

We are not responsible for damaged shipments. Please contact USPS for a refund of the value of your purchase. You have the right to regret your purchase within 10 days. All returns are at your own expense and must be received in resaleable condition to receive a full refund (not including the items listed below)

Because of the nature of these items, we can’t accept returns  or refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

If the product is used then a concrete evaluation of the actual value and whether it can be resold to another buyer must be processed. No returned broken goods are accepted.
Please wrap and pack very carefully to be sure your returned items are not damaged during shipping.

Defective Products

We do our best to ship a perfectly made product, but sometimes handmade pottery can be unpredictable in the kiln. If you notice a serious flaw in construction within 14 days, please contact us with an image of the flaw and we will do our best to make things right.  (Some imperfections in handmade can be expected and are not flaws but simply “character qualities” that do not disrupt the function of a ware.)

Please help us by carefully repackaging your returns. Items must be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment from your carrier, so we can reimburse your shipping costs when applicable.


All items are shipped with a tracking number so you can easily follow the journey of your package to your front door. 


To execute your order we need information about your name, address, telephone number and email address. All your data is safe and will not be given or sold to any other parties.  All payment information is entered through an encrypted and secure SSL line. Neither our company nor any others will be able to read or retract your data.

Photos & Colors

It’s hard to reproduce exact shades and hues of a ceramic glaze under electric light. Every care has been made to ensure that the description and specifications of our products are correct and that the representation of color is as accurate as the production and photographic process allow. However we are not to be held responsible for any variation in color caused by the browser, software, mobile phone or computer system or screen resolution used by the customer.
