SEEDS of the Day ("the app," "we," "us," "our") is provided by EXPRESSives Art. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using SEEDS of the Day, you agree to this policy.

Who we are

Information we collect

• Content you create. When you save a favorite verse or add to your journal ("Garden"), that content is stored so you can view it again later.
• Purchase information. The app unlocks with a one-time purchase made through our website checkout, which is powered by Shopify. Your payment details (such as card information) are entered on and processed by Shopify and its payment providers. The app itself does not see or store your full payment details.
• Basic technical data. Like most apps, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information (such as device type or error logs) to help keep the app running properly.

We do not sell your personal information.

How we use your information

• To save and display your journal entries and saved favorites.
• To unlock and provide the app after your purchase.
• To keep the app secure, working, and improving over time.

Where your information is stored

Your saved content is stored on our secure servers so it is available to you whenever you use the app. We keep it for as long as you continue to use the app, or until you ask us to delete it.

Sharing your information

We share information only as needed to operate the app:

• Shopify — processes your purchase.
• Our app hosting provider — stores and runs the app.
• Crossway (ESV Bible API) — provides the Scripture text shown in the app.
• Google Play — distributes the app to your device.

We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not share your journal content with anyone for advertising.

Bible verses shown in the app are from the ESV® Bible (The Holy Bible, English Standard Version®), © Crossway, used by permission.

Your choices and rights

You can view, edit, or delete your journal entries and saved favorites at any time within the app.

Requesting account deletion: Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or saved data from our servers. To request full deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at TammyJo@EXPRESSivesArt.com or expressivesart@gmail.com. We will confirm and complete your deletion request within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

SEEDS of the Day is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows the most recent version.
