We want you to love your EXPRESSives piece! Please review our policies for custom orders, returns, and refunds below.

Custom Orders

We occasionally accept custom orders for items not listed in our shop—feel free to reach out, and if it aligns with our work and scheduling, we’ll explore the possibility.

  • Contact us to discuss your idea, design, and personalization.
  • Once details are confirmed, we’ll provide a quote and estimated timeline.
  • Full payment is required before work begins.
  • Custom orders typically take 6-8 weeks to complete, depending on complexity and current workload.
  • Due to the personalized nature, custom pieces are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaged safely for return.
  • To start a return, contact us at expressivesart@gmail.com for approval and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • If the item is damaged in transit or you received the wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.

Exceptions: Custom pieces, clearance items, seconds, and gift cards cannot be returned.
