This piece is part of my Shadow & Light Collection—sculptures that reveal shadow from every angle, a reminder that shadows aren't something to fear. In faith, they point to something hopeful: wherever there's shadow, light is close by.
Think of a single candle lit in darkness. As you walk toward it, shadows fall behind you—not because darkness is chasing you, but because you're moving into the light. One flame lights another, and soon the whole room glows. As you move around this sculpture, the colors shift—turquoise green on one side, coral-pink on the other—almost like two seasons meeting in one bloom. Every turn gives you a slightly different story.
This piece was fired at Cone 10, over 2300°F. It went through the heat and came out stronger, more defined, and exactly what it was created to be. That's what God does in us—we're shaped gently, refined in the hard places, and strengthened in ways we don't always see until afterward. Let this sculpture remind you that your shadows aren't signs of failure or fear—they're hints that light is near. And as that light grows within you, let your light shine before others so they may see God's goodness and give Him glory.

This bowl is absolutely gorgeous! Even prettier than the photograph. Very well made and sturdy. The bowl was wrapped extremely well for shipping. I also must thank the seller, this is a birthday present and the seller made a special trip to the post office to get this in the mail asap. It arrived less than two days after it was ordered. She didn't have to do that, but it just shows that above and beyond customer service is provided. I will very definitely be buying here again. Extremely pleased, thank you :D
